SW9 is in the process of going through some very positive changes. The regeneration of Stockwell Park, managed by SNG (Sovereign Network Group) formerly Network Homes, continues. During this exciting time we want to keep you up to date about what’s been happening and our plans.
SNG is currently working on several buildings. You may be living in these or pass them regularly when you walk around the estate. Here is a quick update on everything that is happening, and is current as of August 2023:
Aytoun Road
- We are pleased to report that all site activities are on track.
- Practical completion is expected by the end of October 2023, with the work on de-camping and restoring the existing footpath to be completed by mid-November 2023.
- The current progress includes the nearly complete internal fitout, which stands at approximately 75%. Most areas are ready for final snagging, which will be conducted shortly.
- The external groundwork is progressing energetically, and we are set to commence boundary wall brickwork during the week commencing Aug 7, 2023.

Crowhurst House Lift
- We are delighted to inform you that the lift installation has been successfully completed.
- We anticipate addressing all associated snagging items within the next 4 weeks, with the aim to commission the lift and subsequently hand it over for public use.
- SNG wishes to extend our gratitude for your ongoing cooperation and support.
- We look forward to both projects' completion.
