Over the next six years Community Trust Housing is spending over £100 million on building more than 500 new homes, refurbishing over 630 existing homes and greening and updating the shared environment to build a beacon community in south London, ready for 21st century.
This is a bold community initiative instigated and overseen by Community Trust Housing’s resident-led board and undertaken in partnership with the Network Housing Group.
A range of good value, high quality modern homes are being built for affordable rent for tenants and private sale either outright or through a range of ‘low cost home ownership’ options for people wanting to make their first move into home ownership.
The regeneration also consists of an extensive refurbishment programme for existing homes and the street properties and a full range of community development activity aimed at maximizing the local community’s opportunities to benefit economically from the new development.
Attached below is a pdf showing which locations the refurbishment and new build programmes will cover.
