A Forum is where a group of people pool their ideas and decide on a policy. Forums can be very powerful, the vast Roman Empire was run by a Forum, but at CTH we’re not that ambitious. We want our housing services decided by our rent and service charge payers, that means residents, so if you fancy being in charge for change JOIN A FORUM!

This Forum will cover our performance on service delivery at reception and progress the agenda on tenant participation

This Forum will focus on our repair service by examining and maximising value for money

Housing & Leasehold Services

This Forum will develop services, consider the implementation of a neighbourhood declaration and look at services to leaseholders
