Welcome to Community Trust Housing online
Community Trust Housing is a resident led housing association based on the borders of Brixton and Stockwell in south London. We own and maintain the properties within the Robsart Village and Stockwell Park Estates and the associated local street properties.
The housing association was formalised in 2007 following a stock transfer away from Lambeth Council, where 79.1% of residents balloted in favour of the project, and now manages over 1300 homes in the area. We are currently undergoing a £72 million regeneration scheme with vital refurbishment and new building works in progress. This work is due to complete in 2012 and will give our community the much needed investment it so deserves.
